Open a return procedure
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods purchased on Acquaclick.
The goods must be returned intact and complete with all its parts (including the original packaging) and not used or installed.

Which products can be returned
It is possible to return only products AVAILABLE IN STOCK, that is, which have not been specifically ordered for your order.
We do not accept returns of:
- installed products
- used products
- products not available in stock at the time of the order
- customized or customized products

In the event of a purchase error by the customer, a percentage of 5% will be retained for the management of the practice.

Transport costs will also not be reimbursed.

The customer can choose the courier he prefers for the delivery of the material. It is advisable to insure the shipment as the goods arrived damaged at our warehouses will not be refunded.

In the event that the purchase has been paid by speaking bank transfer to take advantage of the tax deductions, the amount of the withholding tax made by the bank (8%) will not be refunded.

Products that do not comply with the return policies
The customer is responsible for the integrity of the returned products until delivery to our warehouses.
When the goods arrive at our logistics, Acquaclick will check the status and integrity of the returned products and, in the event that it does not comply with the return policy, it will not proceed with the refund of the order.

In the event that Acquaclick finds transport damage, a timely communication will be sent to the customer including photographic documentation to allow the customer to file a complaint against the courier.

In the event that Acquaclick receives as returned products used or no longer resalable as new (even if only without the original packaging), the goods will remain in our warehouses for 15 days at the customer's disposal in case he wishes to have them back (with collection at his expense. )

Product replacements
In the event that the purchased products have defects or do not comply with the sales contract, Acquaclick can replace the damaged products (if available) under the legal guarantee (2 years).
If, on the other hand, the product received has no defects but the customer wishes to change the model (for example of a different color), it is necessary to return the product and proceed with a new order.

If the product has already been installed but is not working, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer's assistance center to intervene on the damage. The service center will carry out an inspection and, if it finds a manufacturing defect, will replace or repair the product.
Neither the manufacturer's assistance center nor Acquaclick will be liable for any damage due to incorrect installation of the product.
