Change the shipping address
If you have already placed an order and you have entered an incorrect shipping address or you need to change it, you can do so by contacting our customer service directly.
Order still in progress If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the delivery address by sending your request via email to deliveries@acquaclick.com Order already entrusted to the courier
If your order is being delivered, you will receive tracking via SMS (Bartolini courier) or via email (One Express courier) in which you will find a summary of the delivery address and the estimated date of arrival of the courier.
In the event that you are unable to be present on the indicated day, you can send the request to change the address via email to deliveries@acquaclick.com
ATTENTION: if the new destination is located in a different Region from that of the initial shipping address or in a remote location, our shipping office will recalculate the cost of shipping and you will be charged for any price differences.
You can keep track of the progress of your shipment by logging into your account directly.
