Registration on Acquaclick
On Acquaclick you can place an order by creating an Account or as a guest (without creating an account).

In both cases, you will receive by email all communications relating to the progress of your order but only if you have placed the order by creating an account will you be able to access your private area and view the order summary.

In the event that the account is created after signing the order, the latter cannot be viewed in your private area.

Creating an account
You can create an account by clicking on the icon next to the word "Welcome" at the top right and then click on "Create an account".

Fill out the form with your details and use a valid email address which will then be the reference for all communications relating to your order.

In case you want to register a company account, at this stage indicate your personal name: you can enter your company data, including VAT, SDI code and pec for electronic invoicing.

You will find in the registration form some mandatory data, such as the telephone number which is essential for the courier, and others that are optional: we remind you that, if you need an invoice, it is essential that the field relating to the Tax Code or Partita be filled in. VAT.

If, on the other hand, you already have an account registered on Acquaclick, click on “Login”.

Did you forget your password?
You can always recover your password on the Login page by clicking on "Forgot your password?" and entering the email address with which you registered on the site to get the reset link.

You will receive the reset link by email and, following the procedure indicated by email, you can set a new password for your account.
