Shipping cost
Acquaclick ships all over the world and deliveries to Italy are free for orders over € 299 including VAT.

Shipping costs in Italy
To find out the shipping costs, including packaging, you can add (without purchase obligation) the products that interest you to the cart.

The shipping cost that is displayed is a first estimate of the shipping costs in Italy:

By clicking on "Cart" you go to the next phase in which there is a simulator in which, by entering your destination zip code, you can check exactly what the shipping cost is for the final destination.
It is also possible to check the cost of shipments within the European Union by selecting the country of destination of the goods from the drop-down list.
This is done because, in the event of locations considered inconvenient by the courier or islands, the customer can immediately view the shipping cost that will be charged.

Free delivery in Italy
All orders over € 299.00 (only VAT included) with delivery in Italy, are entitled to free shipping.
Shipments to the major islands are included but disadvantaged areas and particular locations such as Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City and Campione D'Italia are excluded.

Here you can find more information about the types of shipping available for Italy.

Shipments outside the EU
Acquaclick can ship all over the world and it is possible to request a personalized quote by writing to our delivery office via email to shipments@acquaclick.com

Withdrawal on site
The collection by end customers of the goods from our warehouse is not possible.
Only couriers previously authorized for collection from our shipping office and by appointment are allowed in our logistics center.
It is also possible to organize the collection for export, by hiring a courier specialized in non-EU shipments (for example DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc., not a national courier).
In this case, an invoice will be issued without Italian VAT and the responsibility for the export declaration will be entirely on the part of the buyer.
It will also be necessary to pay the amount relating to the Italian VAT as a deposit (in a separate payment), which will be re-credited to the customer as soon as the export documentation (customs bill) is presented.
